Everything You Need to Know Before Ordering
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For repeat customers or simple designs we can often accommodate smaller trial runs — just ask when you request your quote.
Yes — a one-time mold fee covers CNC steel mold engraving. The exact amount is quoted per design, based on size, shape complexity, the number of colours and the manufacturing process involved. Simple shapes cost noticeably less than intricate multi-level designs. Two things always apply: the mold stays on file so repeat orders of the same design carry no mold fee again, and ordering several designs together lets them share tooling setup and lowers the cost per design. Send us your artwork and we will confirm the mold fee in your quote the same working day.
Free digital proof within 24 hours. Physical sample in 5-6 days. Mass production runs 15-20 days after your sample approval. Rush service is available for time-critical events — tell us your deadline.
Absolutely, and we recommend it. We provide a physical sample for your approval before mass production begins. Sampling is free on confirmed orders; you only cover the mold fee and shipping.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the best results, but we work with anything — JPG, PNG, or even a hand sketch. Our three in-house designers will redraw your artwork into production-ready format at no charge.
Soft enamel, hard enamel (cloisonne), die casting, die striking, offset printing, embroidery, woven fabric and soft PVC moulding. Finishing options include 8 anti-tarnish platings — gold, rose gold, silver, black nickel, antique brass, antique silver, copper and dual-tone.
Every order passes AQL 2.5 inspection with colour matched to dE 1.5 using a spectrophotometer. Plating is salt-spray tested for 48 hours and backed by a 2-year no-fade guarantee.
For new customers: 50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipment. Established clients can arrange net terms. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. All quotes are in USD.
DHL, FedEx and UPS express reach the USA in 3-5 days and Europe in 4-6 days. Sea freight and DDP door-to-door are available for bulk orders. Every shipment includes tracking.
We strictly respect intellectual property. We do not reproduce unauthorized branded merchandise. If your design includes a third-party trademark, character or logo, we require written proof of licensing before production.
Yes. Send us your Pantone codes and we will match them in the enamel fill, verified with a spectrophotometer to dE 1.5. If you have no Pantone reference, we will propose the closest match in the digital proof.
